The National Organizing Committee has made no specific arrangements for participant lodging, but a number of accommodations are available in Blacksburg, including the following five hotels in close proximity to the conference venue:
- The Inn at Virginia Tech ($$$): Co-located with the conference venue.
- Hyatt Place – Blacksburg ($$): Across the street from the conference venue.
- Marriott Residence Inn – Blacksburg/University ($$): Across the street from the conference venue.
- Hilton Garden Inn – Blacksburg/University ($$): About one (1) mile from the conference venue.
- Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Blacksburg/University ($$): About one (1) mile from the conference venue.
Additional hotels, with similar lodging rates, are available in other parts of Blacksburg. Lower cost accommodations are available in the neighboring town of Christiansburg. The following two hotels are located on the “Two Town Trolley” route of Blacksburg Transit, a free bus service for the Blacksburg region:
The Two Town Trolley route provides service between Christiansburg and locations on the Virginia Tech campus that are a “college walk” from the conference venue.
