If an author has uploaded a paper as a conference registrant, the registration fee will not be refunded unless the paper is withdrawn.

Other requests for a refund of the registration fee will be processed as follows:

• Refund requests received before the early-bird registration deadline will be fully honored. The entire registration fee will be refunded.

• Requests received between the early-bird registration deadline and the end of the online registration period will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be provided after the online registration period closes.
